and what we believe
Career plateau - is a point in a career when an employee stops moving up the career ladder. This can be due to both limitations in the company and the employee's own lack of desire to develop.
Often such a plateau occurs when an employee has been in one position for a long time and no longer sees opportunities for growth. For example, a manager may have reached the maximum level in his company, and in order to advance further, he will have to change jobs or learn new skills.
This condition can be temporary if the company offers the employee new tasks or training, or permanent if growth is no longer anticipated.
Companies that really care about their employees try to prevent career plateaus by offering new responsibilities, job rotation or participation in training programs. This helps to keep employees motivated and engaged.
