and what we believe
Who is the HR business partner?
Unlike a regular HR manager, an HRBP does not recruit and train staff but acts as a business consultant: communicates with management, helps with hiring strategy, monitors trends, and aligns HR processes with overall business objectives
For example, if a company is preparing to launch a new product, the HRBP assesses what skills are missing and helps build the right team to ensure success. Their job is to strike a balance between business needs and employee interests.
The Business Partner helps to improve the work environment, optimize internal processes, and support employees, making them more engaged and motivated. By bridging the gap between HR and business strategy, they help create a more agile, people-focused company.
