Veronika is a recruitment expert with six years of experience in building and scaling hiring processes.

She specializes in creating training strategies that deliver real results — designing programs that build both professional skills and essential soft competencies. Her mission? To make learning clear, practical, and inspiring so every employee can contribute their best to the team and the company.

Catherine is also the mind behind soft skills training for engineers and management programs for executives. Beyond developing courses, she actively shares her expertise at IT conferences, where she speaks about skills development and preparing for job interviews.

Ekaterina was particularly proud of creating a learning management system (LMS) from scratch. She organized all the processes so that the platform would really help people to learn and grow.
