and what we believe
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is an indicator that helps a company measure how satisfied employees are with their jobs and are willing to recommend the company to others. It is calculated based on responses to the question, “How likely are you to recommend our company as a good place to work?”.
Employees are categorized into three groups based on their responses:
The percentage of critics is then subtracted from the percentage of promoters. This is the total eNPS:
eNPS = % promoters – % critics
A high eNPS indicates employee loyalty and satisfaction, while a low eNPS may indicate problems in corporate culture, management or working conditions.
For HR professionals, this metric serves as an early indicator of potential workplace challenges.
It is worth noting that companies with a high eNPS tend to attract top talent, as positive employee feedback strengthens their reputation in the job market.
